Life is busy! If you can’t commit to a monthly membership, you can still attend as a one off class.

Includes 4 x Women’s Pelvic Health classes per month, every Tuesday at 10:45am.

  • Yes absolutely! There’s plenty of space for buggies, car seats, play gyms and toys aswell.

  • Gym wear you feel comfortable in. Trainers.

  • This depends on how severe your symptoms are, it may be you need more 1:1 suport first but many people in the class are there because of symptoms and this is part of their treatment plan.

  • Yes absolutely, you don’t need any gym experience. Your coach will take you through everything and find a starting point appropriate to you in every exercise.
